"Exceeded my expectations"
I bought a home with Nick back in August of 2020. I would recommend him and his partner Terry to my closest friends and family. The whole experience from start to finish and after has exceeded my expectations. As a first time home buyer I wasn’t sure what I was doing at first but they answered all my questions in a way I could understand and always treated me with respect. I would use them again.

Nick and Terry were absolutely WONDERFUL and I couldn't be happier with my choice to work with Elevate Realty. As a first-time homebuyer shopping on my own, I was very intimidated. I am so glad that I took the time to find Nick and Terry - they were SO responsive, helpful, reassuring, and transparent. They made my home buying experience a joy instead of a point of stress. "The technology they use to make showings a breeze was appreciated"
Working with Steve and his team was a great experience. Steve listened to our concerns and made us feel at ease as we were relocating out of state and so we had the extra pressure of selling and finding a place out of state on a tight deadline. Even though the real estate market is hot they treated our listing like it was a buyers market by advertising it and taking amazing photos to showcase our house. The technology they use to make showings a breeze was appreciated since my wife works from home and can't always leave so the house can be shown. I feel like it removed a lot of barriers for us and potential buyers. I always felt in the loop with what was going on and what the next steps were. Steve and team proactively sent videos reviewing the next steps of the process and was available to answer questions as the came up. If Steve wasn't immediately available, Megan usually was and was able to answer most questions. Working with a team vs a single agent in this busy market is definitely a must.
